Sales Engineer
Our Client is a specialist engineering solutions provider delivering high-quality industrial components, tooling, and technical systems to manufacturing clients across Europe.
With Sales operations now strategically based in Spain and Financial & Accounts headquartered in the UK, our Client is entering an exciting growth phase focused on strengthening its presence in both Spanish and British markets.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Engineer to join a growing team in Bilbao.
This is not a desk-based sales role.
You will be actively visiting customers across Spain and the UK, supported by a Spanish Junior Technician, developing strong technical relationships and driving revenue growth in both markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding UK client accounts while building new business opportunities within Spain.

Key Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage B2B sales across Spain and the UK

Increase revenue from existing UK-based industrial clients

Identify and secure new business opportunities in both territories

Conduct on-site technical visits with a Spanish Junior Technician

Provide technical consultation and solution-based selling

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements

Coordinate closely with UK Finance & Accounts HQ

Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts
-
Represent the company at industry meetings and exhibitions where required
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in technical or engineering sales

Strong understanding of industrial or engineering products
-
Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial sectors

Fluent in English and Intermediate in Spanish

Comfortable travelling domestically and internationally
-
Strong negotiation and closing skills
-
Full driving licence
Desirable Requirements:

Mechanical or technical engineering background

Experience working across UK market

Knowledge of industrial tooling, components, or production equipment
